We utilise our expertise to identify and describe our offerings as accurately as possible. While we strive for perfection, product descriptions are based on our best professional knowledge. We encourage customers to contact us prior to purchase if any detail is unclear or requires further confirmation.

1.3 Product Appearance and Photography Disclaimer

We use high-resolution photography and contrasting lighting to reveal the full detail of our products. Due to the inherent variability of natural materials, please note that the colours, lustre, brightness, and surface details of minerals and rocks may subtly vary when viewed under different lighting conditions in person compared to the online image. The piece you receive will be the exact item photographed.

2. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

2.1 Pricing Basis

Our prices are determined by factors including current market averages, rarity, aesthetic appeal, difficulty of collection, travel expenses, site permissions, and other cost factors.

2.2 UK All-Inclusive Pricing

For United Kingdom customers only, the price listed is fully inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT), meticulous packaging, and standard postage costs.

2.3 International Taxes and Duties

For all customers outside the United Kingdom, the product prices do not contain any international, local, or import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges are levied by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Available Shipping Zones

We offer direct checkout and delivery through the website for the United Kingdom and the European Union.

3.2 International Shipping Policy

We ship globally. If your location is outside of the UK and the European Union, you must contact us before placing an order to arrange delivery. International shipping costs are calculated at a rate of £10.00 per kilogram ($\text{GBP/kg}$), plus any necessary handling fees.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 UK Returns Policy 🇬🇧

We accept returns from United Kingdom customers provided the return is initiated within 14 days of receipt, and the specimen is returned in the exact condition in which it was received, free from damage or alteration. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the full cost of return postage. A full refund for the original purchase price will be issued once the item's condition is verified.

4.2 International No-Return Policy 

Due to the complexities of international logistics and customs, we maintain a strict no-return policy for all customers located outside of the United Kingdom. We strongly encourage all international buyers to request any necessary additional information or photographs before finalising a purchase.
