Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of geological history from the Frugeo Geology Store. For our valued United Kingdom customers, we happily accept returns, provided the return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order and the specimen is returned in the exact condition in which it was originally received, free from any damage or alteration. Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the full cost of return postage back to Frugeo, and we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the specimen's safe arrival. Once the item is received and its condition verified, we will promptly process a full refund for the original purchase price.

Due to the complex logistics, customs documentation, and high cost of international shipping, we unfortunately maintain a strict no-return policy for all customers outside of the United Kingdom. We urge all international customers to carefully review all product descriptions and photographs, and to contact us with any questions prior to placing an order, as we are here to provide any extra information you need to ensure absolute confidence in your purchase before it is dispatched.
